The GIS perimeter grew slightly to 171,458 acres, 81% contained (current perimeter dated Sep 7, 6:42 AM PDT, about 1.5 hours old at capture) — a +295-acre tick from the last snapshot, well within the mapping noise this fire has shown at this containment level. InciWeb's post was revised within Saturday morning (now timestamped Sep 6, 9:38 AM, up from the 9:22 AM version cited in recent briefs), trimming personnel further to 844 total (40 engines, 21 crews, 18 heavy equipment), continuing the drawdown from 914 two days ago. Fire behavior stays smoldering and creeping with isolated torching possible in sheltered spots, consistent with a fire holding rather than growing.
